This council of professionals meets to discuss current issues relative to financial developments in the industry. Experts address the group on topics like taxes, insurance, PIA Ratio Studies, costing systems and other financial management issues.
The poor economic conditions for the last year and a half have forced business owners and their management teams to make dramatic operation cost cutting measure in order to survive. With the economy slowly rebounding, many business owners will be asking themselves, "how should my products be priced in order to make money?" or "what is the most effective way of estimating a job?"

This council deals with human resource, FMLA, employee benefits, personnel and training issues specific to the print communications industry. It is responsible for updating the PIM biannual Wage and Benefit report.

This committee provides a full range of services and programs directly to member companies that have union agreements, or through Graphic Arts Employers of America (GAE), in such areas as industrial relations, labor relations, human resource management and compliance with governmental laws and regulations. Its goals are to promote sound labor industrial relations among employers who have contract obligations with unions and to provide education and information on bargaining strategies, grievances and arbitration, and wage and contract settlements.
