Blending values, morality and business strategy may seem strange to some but “what doth it profit a person if they gain the whole world and suffer the loss of their soul.” This workshop will help you to see your business in a completely different light. Blending ideas from the most sacred traditions and religions in history, we will look at how you can conduct business in a more moral and ethical way. In this time of scandal and apparent emphasis on the bottom line, this workshop will show how you can do well by doing good. There is no law that says a business cannot be conducted ethically and morally and still make a profit. Furthermore, there is a growing body of research that shows that the more ethical and moral an organization is, the more successful they will be in the long run. This workshop will help you to see your business in a completely different light. Discussion and small group interaction will see how this model and process can benefit your organization. This workshop will involve you in discussion and small group interaction to see how the model and process we are presenting can benefit your organization. We will look at: The Ten Commandments for successful business The seven cardinal business virtues The seven mortal business sins The eight beatitudes for a great business The four key values for success with your key stakeholders The importance of combining mind, heart and action in developing strategy The major mistake that most organizations make in developing change strategies

Speaker: Dr. John Perisco has been a management consulant for over 20 years and had worked with the great quality guru, Dr. W.E. Deming on many occasions.
