| Leading system change requires a creative model of leadership that communicates vision, commitment and enthusiasm. This workshop presents a creative leadership model, strategies, tools, and group principles for successfully leading ongoing changes. This workshop represents an opportunity for leaders to gain competencies to lead their change instead of change leading them. Being a change leader can reduce and often prevent financial and human resource losses.
Participants will:
Assess change leadership competencies and style
Understand the model of leading change
Understand the key principles of large whole-system change
Learn strategies and tools for change leadership
Explore the process of changing systems and structures to reinforce organizational change.
